Highly recommend Dr Bala. She is a wonderful, caring , doctor who takes a holistic approach. Very grateful to have her as my doctor. Reception staff are great too. Especially Jessie. Great team.
It’s 2024 not 1994! Suffering from a respiratory virus and they refuse to give me the results from a swab over the phone. “Make an appointment and come in to the clinic”. Why would you want me to come into the clinic and spread whatever illness I have. Just have to see that Medicare card and get paid I guess.
I used to visit dr Heydari in Scott's stret medical many years ago not only did I see him as a highly developed physician with knowledge no doubt graduated top of his class but years in seasomed and the greatest compassion understanding and really diagnose what the heck was going on . I have recently moved back to Melbourne and found out my friend my doctor no longer practices in the same place well looks like an hour travel for me and I'll do it every time . This is one doc that is rare to find .
Horrible doctors with no bed side manor. Left in tears with no help or solutions to the reason I came in. Would rather struggle and end up in the ER then be treated that way by doctors again. Absolutely shameful. Should be shutdown.
