We recently had to make the hardest decision and say goodbye to our beloved pet. It was a horrible day but the team at Eltham Vet were so kind, understanding and supportive. Renae and Nicole really took their time to be with us and our dog Skittles, through something truely heartbreaking. We really appreciate the support we received and the kindness our dog experienced in his last moments.

Great local vet service of some years' standing and with a strong reputation.  Very happy with everything,  except maybe the prices. Emergency response was truly wonderful. Definitely a good place to take your loved ones. Can also get grooming services.

I’ve recently moved to the area but not yet found a local vet and have been travelling to my old vet, until we had an emergency with my dog who was very unwell come to the conclusion of a suspected snake bite. We rushed to Eltham Central Vet and they took her in to see a vet as soon as the nurses saw how bad she was. There was 2 vets helping us who were exceptional as well as all the nurses who were working. We appreciate that everyone went above and beyond to save our little girl! She is now home, resting and recovering!

Wonderful people. They helped me when I had to make the toughest decision for my pet. Very straight forward but very kind.

I very rarely write reviews unless its warranted so I really do recommend this vet for a multitude of reasons. I find them to be honest, thorough and really loving towards all of my pets. I've been to other places closer to home but I always find myself coming back here.nThank you to everyone here for your care over the years and in advance for the great care I know I'll receive.
