Recent Elray and the team assisted in producing a custom made ring for me. The ring was based on a previous ring I had purchased overseas as a keepsake from an amazing holiday experience. Unfortunately the original ring was not made of high quality so was returned. Elray took on the challenge with confidence and enthusiasm. It was not an easy task as the ring and stone shapes were challenging but integral to the overall design. Elray and the team were outstanding. They listened and understood the vision I was hoping to achieve and they communicated with me regarding design integrity, cost and manufacturing timeframes. I am beyond happy with the outcome. This ring is better than the original! It is one of a kind. I couldn’t recommend Elray and the Team more highly.
My mother passed away last year and left me a beautiful diamond ring. The band on my engagement ring broke so with the 6 little diamonds from it I combined it together with my mother's ring, With Elray's help. I found Elray excellent. I knew what I had in mind and with his help he combined a beautiful ring. I love it. Just so happy with it as it is very special to me. A big thank you to Elray Jewellers. Definitely recommend them if you needed jewellery designed or repaired.
The best customer service and excellent fine jewellery knowledge. I also love the unique range that can't be found in other jewellery chain stores. We have had a wonderful experience with a custom design ring being made. The process was exciting and the end result was beyond expectation.
Myself and my partner just want to say a massive thank you to Elray jewellers for creating this custom chocolate diamond and yellow gold engagement ring which I received on the 11th of September in the most beautiful way. From the easy conversations about design, the constant updates on where my ring was in the manufacturing, the very relaxed and easy payment options and to say the least the welcoming smiles and friendly nature from all the staff.. Excellent customer service! As a bloke not always knowing what to get, I decided to go for a custom ring due to limited choice where I live. Turned out to be absolutely stunning ring and was very competitively priced. Highly recommend. The customer service team helped point me in the right direction and created something that even I could be proud of to look at on my partner everyday. And I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest as I kept changing my mind due to the hints from my partner. But they were just fantastic and worked with me on the whole journey. Big thank you!
