A cosy and welcoming laundromat. Good place to dry ya ‘ol laundry during winter. I usually get the bulky items washed here and dried as well. But the normal washes from home I bring it over for a 30min dryer service. The shop has a change machine so it is convenient to have your $1 available. Reasonably priced. $6 for 30mins of drying, $20 for 24 kg of laundry 18kg for $16, 14kg for $12. Soap powder dispensers are available too. A machine for pets too! Grab a hot brew from next door so you can enjoy the wait in the laundromat.
I was there with my partner trying to dry our clothes with the drying machine and we made a simple mistake by putting a coin in the wrong one. I was knocking on the door for some help from the lady in the laundrette to see if we can get it back. But she was blatantly rude to us “It’s not my fault. I mean I can get a dollar from my purse to give it to you. But it’s your fault for putting it in there.” We don’t care about the $1 coin. We need just a bit of a customer service. Will never use the service again. May as well just go to the Midland one or get our own drying machine, haha
I put my clothes in the dryer and put $8 in for 40 minutes of drying, I quickly went to pick up my online Woolworths shopping and returned within 35 minutes to find my dryer door open and my clothes still wet, I tried closing the dryer door and pressing starting again only to have the woman who owns it burst out the back door and shout at me that the machine was too full then slam the door shut before I could say anything, startled I left to go home to get my bank card as I don’t carry it nor cash then to an atm to get enough money to pay for 2 dryers as apparently it was too full, when I returned with my money I found all my clothes scattered across the bottom shelf of the folding table where the lady was stood pointing and calling me over with her finger as if I were a dog to tell me “your clothes are there” I then replied “okay I need to put them back in the dryer as they are still wet because you stopped it earlier” to which she said “no you left them unattended for “hours” not true so you can get them and leave” I asked if I could get my $8 back from the cycle I paid for earlier which she had stopped to which she replied “no it’s your fault you left them unattended so you can get your clothes and leave” and made me leave with still wet clothes paying for a service I did not receive. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very friendly. Did some work while waiting, the owner came out to get and help everyone. The machines are also really good!
Good washers and dryers, but the catch is, it’s coins only so you have to walk and get cash out which is a pain. The lady who was there was really rude and wouldn’t help us or give us an explanation on why we couldn’t get our dollar back on a simple mistake of putting it in the wrong one which is right next to the right one. I don’t care about a dollar, but I care about customer service and I was already having a bad day. This whole experience just made it inconvenient and so much worse.
Beautiful clean & tidy place to do such a boring chor... The music was playing, people were communicating with each other & it was a great experience & value for your money..... I would recommend this laundry to anyone.....
Wouldn’t even give this place a 1 it’s a solid 0. The lady who sits in their all day is sooooo rude for absolutely no reason. Miserable woman.
Very clean, tidy business with a good variety of machines. What I believed to be the owner was very helpful and only too happy to assist with choosing the right washer/dryer for my needs. Will definitely return if the need arises.
Did 4 loads in correct weighted machines, used correct and appropriate amount of detergent in correct place and it couldn't even wash off the detergent from clothes. Clothes came out white n powdery, still dirty on kids knees of clothes as they were when they went in. Doesnt spin dry as effectively as any of our previous machines at home have, maybe its purposely not spinning well so takes longer to dry and therefore you pay more. No staff there to show how poorly the clothes washed up.
Does not accommodate for working families. Last load 5pm. Opens 9am. Been trying to wash for 3 days . Suppose to open today at 2pm to find closed all day??? Nearest laundry mat 20 minutes. Very inconvenient....
