40 minutes to make three battered savs and a club sandwich. Apart from that the place is okay.
Ordered hot chips and gravy. Chips weren't that hot, like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. They also put chicken salt on my chips without asking. Lucky I'm not overly sensitive to MSG. Plenty of gravy, the gravy was good.
Crumbed fish was basically the stuff out of a box in the frozen section - I’m not picky and I didn’t finish it. Calamari wasn’t much better. We asked for extra chicken salt and there was barely any on there.
Tasty, fresh homemade cook and friendly staffs I recommend
This is the third time in row that they have stuffed up an order. You gret home after paying for food that they have not even given you. This is a joke make sure you check your order before you leave the shop to see you have all you have ordered.
Elena’s Takeaway has the best pizza’s ever even a vegetarian option!! Would high recommend to anyone looking for dinner. An iconic take away in Gungahlin.
