I’ve had facials, pedicures and massages……….WOW!!! Have had nothing but AMAZING experiences with the staff, regardless of what treatment I’ve had. They are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and make you feel like the most important person there! I have never felt pressured to buy products, they recommend them but ultimately up to you. Bought my MIL a facial voucher for 150 and the clinician upselled her to a facial for $190. Her experience was terrible, there was no massage and the consult was HALF AN HOUR in which an Led light was applied midway in the consult. You would think for $190 it would include product, facial massage the whole works for at least an hour! Save your money and go elsewhere for a better experience

Amazing service!!!!! I had a pedicure and eyebrow waxing and tinting done, the girls are lovely and made me feel welcome as entering the salon, was a relaxing experience definitely going back and will be telling all my friends and family!

Elle Urban Retreat is a terrific place! I’ve been a regular customer for a few years and all the staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The place does many things for their clients, so it’s very convenient as well! I would very recommend this place, I give it 5 out of 5 stars. In particular, Vanessa is great to have, she is very humorous & cheerful! She’s the best, would recommend her! Xxoo

My Husband bought  me a package over $300.. sadly it was the biggest waist of money. I had 4 different  types of services, all poorly performed. The staff is nice though. They just need to invest in alot more training.

Such friendly service, had henna brows done and the lady was a perfectionist. Very happy highly recommend
