I used this salon for 2 years but maybe the manager has changed recently!? They completely ignored my email many times, so I decided not to go back. Very poor basic customer service.
This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Horrible! I got a Brazilian and she didn't prep me or put powder on or after was lotion! She did the worst patchy job I've ever had! I asked for a discount and all they gave me was 10% I'm really not happy and am going to persue this matter further
