Ella Bache Toowong now closed. No message on their answerphone but redirected to Chermside.

Bad waxing experience. Hairs were left behind, as well as bits of wax left behind. Would not go here for waxing again!

Called to make a booking but was asked if they could call me back in twenty minutes as they were busy. Completely understandable but the man on the phone was very rude and I was never called back... So doubt I'll be calling back to make an appointment.

Definitely recommend. Wonderful customer service.

I wanted to mention how great the staff are at Toowong,  even with the system not working on a busy Saturday,  they were extremely welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, especially being a new customer, I will definitely be back. Mari.

A fabulous experience wth beauty therapist Angela at Ella Bache.  What a treat to be pampered by them today. I had a signature facial, back and shoulder massage, almond and honey exfoliation. Do yourself a favour and book in.  If your treatment is half as good as mine it will be excellent!!
