We have not been able to process that far, not even able to get the quote, after so many phone calls and sms. Dean asked me to take a measure and photos and sent him because he was to busy to come. I did, then heard nothing, then called back asking for the quote, then followed up so many time. He said he sent email already - nothing was received, except his brochure. Then finally got him to come over, then again never been able to receive the quote after that. So, basically, customers are treated like rubbish, redundant, the business is too good to have more customers. In the end, I remove his contact and block him from calling, after giving him an opportunity to get back to me and he never did

These guys have been fantastic to deal with. From the initial quote they were not pushy at all to installation and most importantly, the pre and post customer service. I have had the bi folds installed for over 2 years and had to get them adjusted. They came out, checked and adjusted the doors and did not charge. Service in my opinion is one of the most important things and these guys nailed it. Would recommend to anyone.

After a short production time,today 5/8/16, I had 6+ custom made pvc  "weatherwalls" including a hinge door,pawproof fly screens  and  a dogy door fitted to my odd shaped patio,inside an existing fence-they look great and are great! What a pleasure it was to deal with proprietors Dean & Jennifer, the installation crew and even the workshop guy-all friendly,helpfull and professional after many bad experiences  with previous inferior trades and services ive employed to  work on my home. In late 2015,after quotes from some  opposition companys some who did the hard sell,some inferior/costly  and some whom focused soley on  slandering their opposition with a "cant do" arrogant attitude ,i was "sold" with deans relaxed approach,his "CAN DO" attitude,outright honesty on price,products used  and whats possible, along with the quality of the product itself,which isnt infact "the same" build as "the others"-and he  happily shows you why. Due to life events,i did not proceed with his quote for around 8- 10 months. While elite was well in its rights to adjust the price upwards,-they proprietors dean & jennifer did not,nor did they bat an eylid but instead were nothing short of helpfull and reasuring with any concerns or questions,realy professional drawrings/measurements etc with supurb communication all the way,clearly flowing through to the install guys. *Nor did they charge for an additional fixed screen panel, found to be required on follow up laser measurements prior to production-service like this doesn't go unnoticed   They deserve an award for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE  AND PRODUCT - THANKS TO ALL THE TEAM AT ELITE PVC

Do not use this company. Owner advised not to drill through waterproof membrane as habitable rooms below, and he agreed to silicone channels instead. However the installers were not briefed or supervised and multiple penetrations were made. Then channels were not silicone sealed so major leaking occurred. Multiple requests for rectification failed and after 6 months no rectification was made. Also installers spilled silicone EVERYWHERE and trod it all over the alfresco.  Again no attempt to clean up was made despite multiple complaints over 6 months. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Got a quote from Dean for $3380 , on their website says ezi pay no interest with the repayments when we asked to get re payments the price went up to $3900 with the interest . What a waste of time

Thanks to Dean and the lads from ElitePVC. They have done an excellent job in enclosing my Alfresco area. It looks fantastic !!!
