I had been looking for a glass supplier to partner my business with, not just feel like a Bunnings customer. The entire EGS team are unbelievably professional and service driven. I now finally have a one stop shop to be able to provide my customers with the highest quality products

I contacted Elite Glass Solutions as I had an issue with a trifold frameless glass door that had been installed by another company that was no longer in business. John Moffat came to my house to look at the issue, and recommended a specialist glass company to resolve the issue. His knowledge of the fittings and how to resolve the issue, and the company he recommended were first class. I cannot recommend John and Elite Glass more highly!

Horrible customer service! I bought something from their catalogue and the item received looked completely different. I sent it back in original packaging, UNUSED, because it didn’t match our aesthetic due to not looking like what was advertised and I was refused a refund because the items were ‘“scratched” despite never being used. I was also told that “I don’t have anymore time to waste on this matter” when I was querying the process, effectively dismissing me completely. Wont even mail the items back and is telling me to organise pick up myself. Just go literally anywhere else.

Called them to ask for information about a product - very helpful - even for non industry folk.   Ordered, then delivered same day - far exceeding expectations- so very impressed.

Easy to talk to over the phone and friendly. Order arrived faster then expected. Great job, Appreciated it.

Its always a pleasure dealing with the team from Elite Glass Solutions, they are very knowledgeable and have a good range of products. Will be using them for years to come.
