It was my bad luke not to read the review beforehand,,, the service was under average. They used my water and electricity and charged me 150$... They did two room carpet and two rugs... The rugs are still the same like never been cleaned,,,and the carpets just the very visible spots removed ( the one I can do myself)... Called them and told them not happy and they ignored me

Laura the receptionist's name in Burpengary is very rude. I just rang her and last week she told me she would send someone out; The cleaner rang me early friday the 5th of June in the morning and never showed up. He never called again to let us know he was not coming back to give a quote. Laura is not very professional about handling an upset potential client and i will never trust them again and i hope other people find this out as well.
