Nice reception from the wait staff. Pleasant enough layout and lots of glass revealing glimpses of a view. Considering it was 2pm when we ordered, a 45 minute wait for two simple main courses was too long. Several chipped glasses with our drinks. A chipped one sent back was replaced with another that was chipped. Good restaurants replace the whole drink rather than just tip it into another glass. Meals were ok, but not specifically as ordered showing a lack of attention to detail in the kitchen (salad dressing applied where it was asked not to be). Why do restaurants continue to serve ready made fries out of a freezer bag. Reconstituted potato does nothing to enhance a lovely piece of salmon. How hard can it be to peel, chop and cook real potato? Very average.

Came with a party of 10 yesterday at 6pm. We ordered shortly after and it took 45 minutes or more for our food to come, pretty bad considering the place wasn't that packed. Even the dessert took awhile to come after we ordered it. The food and dessert was good, the children's meal comes with chips, veggies and ice cream. Overall it was a good dinner but not good enough for me to go back due to the long wait.

One of those places............read the menu and know your going to have to go back because all sounds so yummy. Food was really good, generous in size and well priced.........and you really are spoilt for choice. Lovely spacious setting with nice fire keeping things warm. Great staff who were easy going but attentive. Were happy to split the bill as we were large group. I will go back there for more.

We've been eating at elevation over the past 5 years and have enjoyed all the meals From kangaroo steak to pork rib eye Its always good. Service is excellent with a good range of beer and wine Highly recommended
