RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!nnI visited Up in smoke Ellen brook just now and had a disappointing experience. The staff member, an older lady, spent the entire time on her phone without acknowledging customers. This made me feel ignored and unvalued as a customer. It would be great if the staff could prioritize customer interaction to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with the service
Ellenbrook has been my local store for a while now, always have exactly what I'm wanting, today I had a few questions about some new products and the girls Julie and Mariam were soo helpful, their product knowledge was amazing too! They made sure I had everything I needed and explained everything perfectly for me. They had a great vibe with their banter, but was also very professional! They made time for me even thou they had other things to do! I knew this has always been a great store but after the extra support I got today even helping me take my large items to my car I just had to leave a review! I hope these girls are there everytime I go in now! So again thankyou soo much Mariam and Julie!! For everyone else looking for their next shop, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!
They sell faulty products ... spending $55 for 1 day and half that's ridiculous their products are not good quality always faulty why i buy dont buy for them they not legit selling high price when the products are wholesale products is worth the money. I cant evan return mine 24 hours warranty is gone then i need to argue them i know how the manager pretty rude ... I bought it on Monday then the product ran out on Tuesday evening 4500 puffs need to last at least 4 or 5 days $55nIts alot of money
Customer service at this place is terrible by 1 person that was working and had obviously had a bad day. I took a product back that was faulty as I was told there has been a new “24 hour warranty” when I visited another store with a family member while SOR. This product cost me $55 and has since been thrown in the rubbish. I was served by “Julie - the manager” and she was very rude and sarcastic towards me. I kindly and calmly asked her for her name so I could put in a formal complaint. In all honesty, this type of petty behaviour is downright unprofessional especially for a manager. It was almost as if she was trying to argue the point like a teenager would. 0.0 rating. Will never return to this store.
A great place with everything unique as the fantastic staff who ensure that you requirements are catered to. Best shop in the Swan Valley if not the only shop of it's type and a must see. Keep up the great work to all the team at Up in Smoke!
