Service was lovely, but quite unhappy with my results. Had a free consultation which I greatly appreciated, the lady helping me was lovely and friendly. We decided to go ahead with the full appointment. After a four hour appointment, and having my hair retoned, retoned and retoned, I was then told that I wouldn't be able to get the colour I wanted, after previously being told that it would be easy. A few hundred dollars later, and I didn't get remotely what had been promised in the appointment. To be fair, she did offer to keep retoning, but after she admitted that she wasn't going to be able to get me what she had promised and what I had paid for, I left it. There was no offer of refund or redoing it. Quite frustrating and disappointing considering the price and the 'level' of service Elenbi is supposed to offer. The colour faded out in about a week and a half. I had two other friends with a very similar experience. Lovely and friendly service, but did not receive what they asked or paid for.

Was very pleased with my latest hair cut at elenbi Buderim. The most friendly girls ever! Cannot wait for my next cut.
