I would not recommend Lakes Tiles at Charmhaven. Purchase some 2nd tiles for a back area, was informed that the tiles had some imperfect. I payed for the tiles & then waited for over an hour for the team to repack the tiles to hide the tiles that had some manufacturers marks on them, it was a blue ink mark I have try everything to remove the marks on about a third of the tiles we bought I called the office & was asked to take photos & send them on, which I did. We could return the tiles but it's about an hour drive & the tilers had started. Matt the young guy I talked to said that he helped to repack the tiles & he said I don't remember seeing the marks I found that very hard to believe, as some of the tiles with marks on them also have numbers written on them in pencil I guess they where counting the tiles I would have to recommend to the company don't lie to a customer's as bad news travels fast. Please don't waste your time buying tiles from this company, if you do check EVERY TILE. Very dissatisfied customer
They carry a great range of tiles and great prices, I have used Lakes Tiles five or six times over last 15 years and will keep going back in the future....great work Lakes Tiles
