Excellent product and service. Love my washing machine which is so quiet I wonder if is even on. And it keep going for years.
The worst company ever!!! The worst customer service !!!!!!!!!!!! this company needs to be reported they are absolutely not about customer service. Booked in for a technician to repair what seems to be an ongoing issue with my fridge the man never turned up and I was waiting all day so called customer care and apparently out of all the appointments booked my one happened to be canceled so apparently it got escalated “Apparently” and then booked for today the 11th April. So I called this morning and the lady confirmed that a technician was booked and that she will get him to contact and confirm!!! An hour later I called again as there was no such contact only ti be told that my booking “Apparently “ was now for 13th April when I asked to speak to a manger because I wanted to know why they keep stuffing me around he told me to call the company that my warranty is with and I said hi would they be able to help me I want to speak to a manger and he hung up on me!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t go through these guys find another supplier , unfortunately I can’t go to another because I am bind by my warranty it’s so unfair !!!
Bought a dishwasher Westinghouse 6mths ago have had nothing but problems with it. Leaking and the excreta returning to my clean cycle. Local Sunshine Appliance Centre have been nothing but rude and underminding who represent and service this company. Next step will have to be the small claims court. 22 yrs in the same house with only 2 dishwashers during that time.... buying Westinghouse dishwasher has been a nightmare.
No one to answer phones very dissatisfied
Terrible service I have never have.
