i see all the good reviews are only if selling or buying !! .....are there any from renters ? we moved into a property advertised as horse property the sewrage was all over the yard and was a wonderful smell ...council told us he would not let his dogs let alone kids its toxic were his words , they only did a dodgy job as the plumber told us ...he was angry as he said he had allready been ripped off !!! then instead of leveling it out there are huge mounds in the yard that can not be mowed !!! and have to be wippersnipped !!! not what we signed up for now they say they want a bond clean ....there were roaches , dirt , dust , spiders ...the oven had food scraps .i have photos of it all.the sewrage had overflowed from the toilet into the house took them nearly 2 days to get someone meanwhile i cleaned all the sewrage from the floors !!! they are also very rude we have never been behind in rent and my son was in icu earlier this year ....we asked if and dont forget we are not behind ...we could pay it the following week as we were not leaving the hospital .we got told to make sure its in there !!!! not one person has treated us so sadly as my son lay dying .apparently a family business ....very immoral and not nice people !! maybe learn to treat others as you would like to be treated .I wish yr business and family all the respect and goodness you have shown me .you will feel what i have , if there is any real moral justice anymore !!! dont rent off these people ....oh but if your buying or selling by all means they are probably one of the best ....immoral people are the best to get the best price as they have no heart or humanity left they have proven this !
