She treated us as people and not a number, she was professional, communicated well, listened, helpful and worked with our mutually acceptable time frame. 10 months ago, the rent roll my investment properties were in got sold to Elders Woodford. David as principal has strived to make himself available to meet face to face, fix inherited challenges, and guide his team to solve issues to the standard as if I were still living in each property. I can testify to how efficient he is in responding to communication. I have experienced clear lines of communication throughout the office though the rent roll purchase meant opening another at Bribie Island demonstrating David's aspiration to care for both the tenant and the landlord - what more than that could one want? I do have a property closer to Bribie Island than Woodford.nnI know Sally the senior property manager cares about her work, has good communication with tradespeople and handymen regards work orders, and the other property managers who interact with the tenants. These take a real interest in the needs and welfare of the tenants checking both the authenticity and urgency not just notifying what may need fixing and or replacing. When I have had to attend to a property, I have not heard a tenant complain about the property managers or office interactions.nnDavid's complete team truly compete to win awards in all aspects of real estate. The latest awards were won in March 2024. Perfection always takes a bit longer. Learnt over many years as a landlord, that if you want perfection try heaven, though had I known of this rental practice earlier then some sagas may not have arisen.
We have recently switched to elders real estate property management. Sally and her team have been a dream to work with. Their professionalism has been outstanding. They are quick to respond to my questions and treat our tenants with the same excellence of service . All accounting details are dealt with promptly, in easy to understand formatting. The recent re-letting of our property was quick and seamless. I'd highly recommend this agency if you are looking for property managers.
