The teachers are not only knowledgeable in technique, they passionately guide students through their ballet journey with utmost care. The structured program lends an air of certainty to students who may have no idea what to expect from ballet. It gives students a rock solid foundation in ballet vocabulary. As the students progress through the levels, the complexity and intensity of steps would be increased to keep us sufficiently-challenged. Elancé is my safe space. It’s my home. Each time I place my hand at the barre, I’m filled with gratitude and joy that I can explore this marvellous art form.
