The food was delicious. Top* marks for the grilled chicken and burger. The restaurant was clean and well stocked, too. The let down was discovering an absence of hand washing stations and toilets in the restaurant. So, perhaps, consider bringing along a wet wipe or two.
I had a great experience at El Jannah thanks to Eliza at the front counter. She is extremely humble, professional, and very polite. Her customer service really stood out and made a big difference. The other staff members were also very nice and were doing their jobs properly.nnPreviously, I had a bad experience here as some staff were quite rude and lazy, especially Emanuel, but this visit was completely different. Huge credit to Eliza for her positive attitude and excellent service. Not sure if i get her name properly, She is working afternoon shift on Monday 12 Jan 26. She is truly a top person and an asset to the team. Highly recommended!
Visited El Jannah with my wife and daughter and had an excellent experience.nThe lady at the front counter we believe her name is Eliza took our order.nShe was very kind, professional, and welcoming to our family.nEven if we didn’t spell her name correctly, she truly stood out as the best person there.nAmazing service and a wonderful experience thanks to her. I rate food 3 star as the food is not as good as it is before. But 5 stars for Eliza
After ordering, the service staff informed me that the chicken thighs had just been sold out and we had to wait another 10 minutes for the chicken legs to come out. We were very sorry. We felt lucky to be able to eat freshly baked chicken legs. The meal delivery included more lettuce salad, French fries and rice pudding. We felt Very happy and grateful.
The charcoal chicken thigh is juicy, aromatic, and delicious. Fried chicken wings are ok. Garlic sauce and chilli sauce are really good and spicy. Fries are thick with the right balance of crunch.nnMy order had a missing chip when it was delivered to my table. Only realised they left out from my original order after eating halfway. Informed the staff and they immediately gave another box of chip after checking the original order with no fuss and was polite. Good service.nnOverall, really good food for the price. Best place for halal meals.
