Had an exceptional dining experience at El Jannah! The chicken was exquisitely presented, incredibly fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was a flavor explosion. Super amazing food and top-notch service. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and can't wait to come back again!
Big EJ fan, this was my first time at this store and whilst it’s a good store overall, it was a bit of a let down where it matters, food. Compared to other stores I felt the charcoal chicken was a bit bland, lacking flavour and depth, lacking seasoning and also a bit dry. Still enjoyed it enough but not EJ standard.
I drove half an hour for this . It was busy but waiting 35 mins for food, I think they forgot as I had to ask twice. I don’t know if there’s an issue with the QR code to order from the table. People were ordering and getting their food before us and we had a simple order. I had to ask to get the table wiped. The guy was biting his nails and then preparing the food. The chips were warm as they were sitting on my tray waiting ages. The chicken was sitting there looking old in the photo but lucky the fresh one was coming out and was hot and just came out but didn’t read the order to be cut into 1/8s but that’s ok. The bread was so dry and almost stale. The atmosphere of the store is great but limited seating. If they open another store closer I might try again. After trying for the first time at the Australian open it was nice so was so excited for this only to be let down.
Atmosphere is awesomely crisp and clean. Never ever seen a charcoal chicken shop so clean and welcoming. Refreshing experience. Food is my mouth is watering. Thanks for coming and setting up shop in Dandenong.
