The food here is pretty good, the chicken is always tasty whether fried or charcoal grilled. The service is decent and the tables and chairs are usually cleaned often. Can't comment about the toilets though as we didn't access them. I haven't been to an eljannah chain that was bad yet.
Sadly, this place has gone down hill. Definitely won't be coming back. The toilets are never in service. No where to wash your hands. Simple orders take ages to prepare. Staff preparing the food look all over the place. Waited 20+ minutes. There was only one other family in the whole place at 3.30pm. I see why it's so quiet here. Girl at the front tried her best, but the overall service was not good enough
We had El Jannah for lunch and it was really good the chips the charcoal chicken amazing the only bad thing is there was a kid who keeps touching us while we are eating but other then that amazing definitely recommend
Service was friendly. Food was poor. Chicken roll was press toasted with contents inside so not a fresh wrap. The chicken lacked smokey flavour. I did like the pickles but it taste like a toasty. The chips had no salt. Falafels were the best thing. Crisp outside and fluffy in middle. Next time I'll just try the charcoal chicken. The wrap was a big miss.

The chicken was cooked to perfection, succulent and flavorful with the perfect char from the grill. The sides were equally impressive, from the fluffy rice to the crispy fries. The portions were generous, ensuring that every bite was satisfying. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Overall, El Jannah Charcoal Chicken Broadmeadows exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't wait to visit again soon!
