I tried Al Jannah in Norwest Sydney for the first time, and it was truly impressive. The food was incredibly tasty, fresh, and full of flavor. The place was very clean, and the staff were respectful, quick, and welcoming. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for great service and delicious food.
I ordered off uber eats last night and waited over 60 minutes just for them to serve 1/2 chicken with medium chips + a chicken wrap + 3 chicken wings..nnNone of these food items actually need cooking time as it’s the pre cooked charcoal chicken and simply putting fresh items into a roll. If anything the chips may need cooking if there’s none.nnI was so disappointed with last nights order and time it took to get the food. The food was cold and soggy by the time it arrived.nnTonight, I decided to go pick it up since it’s only 5 minutes away. Ordered 2 chicken wraps and a medium chips. Waited over 40 minutes in the store only to see the staff literally not do anything. There’s a whole bunch of cooked chicken by the heat bay and still had to wait.nnAbsolutely ridiculous. I’m never ordering from this location again. Absolutely terrible service and if you’re hungry, don’t go here. You’ll be starving by the time food is ready.. unless you just finished a meal and you’re buying for the next feed.nnSuper unimpressed.nnEdit: as eating today’s wrap I found a bone which I almost choked on taking a bite. Lucky it wasn’t the wrap my child was eating!! Even more of a shock. Also, the wrap yesterday and today taste totally different and the size different is drastic. There was more pickle than chicken in the wrap and just taste horrible.
We ordered 4 burgers and a whole chicken from here. The food tastes good but one burger had no sauce at all and the others barely a sad squirt of sauce leaving the burgers very dry. Get a lot more sauce at KFC or Maccas…disappointing lack of sauce ruined the meal
El Jannah Norwest was a decent experience, but just shy of outstanding. The fries were absolutely amazing – crispy and full of flavor. The chicken was good overall, but when paired with the bread, it felt like it needed an extra sauce to really bring out the flavors. It’s a solid spot for a quick meal, but there’s room for that extra kick to make it truly exceptional!
I had never tried Lebanese food before, and I felt curious. I saw people carrying bags from El Jannah and eating with such joy, so I decided to give it a try. Oh my, the lines were long, and the restaurant was so crowded! Finally, our food arrived, and it was worth the wait. The chicken tasted incredibly fresh, and the flavors were delicious. I’m definitely coming back to try other dishes!
