Restaurant and the atmosphere were nice. Food was pretty average for me, nothing really special about it. Customer service was great.nnAlso no wine menu, it’s BYO. Overall it’s a quick meal place, won’t go for a nice sit down dinner.
Nice Japanese spot, along a popular strip in North Perth.nThe food was good, although over an hour wait for a chicken teriyaki and bento box seemed a lot.nNo alcohol here - BYO only so come prepared if you want wine/beers.nLots of fresh options and good flavours, atmosphere is a bit average and service was slow. No water offered to our table at any time for example.nNot terrible, but nothing stand out.
Absolutely incredible dining experience! The food here is simply outstanding—the best salmon, beef, and pork scratchings I’ve ever had. Every dish was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The quality and freshness of the ingredients truly stood out. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional food. I can’t wait to come back!
What a great little spot in the heart of North Perth!nEkiben has been on my to go list for some time now and last night I finally got there.nLovely service, fresh and filling food and the mocktail selection was absolutely gorgeous!nWe ordered a range of dishes to ensure we tried a variety and not one of them was disappointing. The teriyaki steak and corn ribs definitely had to be my favourite.nThank you!!!
We were so in love with this restaurant that in mid dinner that night, we knew for a fact that we would return soon! We ordered shredded cabbage with Japanese mayonnaise, fried lotus, pumpkin tempura, Eel donburi, and teriyaki chicken bento.nnThe entreé with Japanese mayonnaise was so good that we almost ordered twice. The deep-fried lotus was OK. The pumpkin tempura coating was perfect! It was crispy, soft, and sweet!!! The sauce that came with it was flat but we didn't mind! The eel donburi was slightly burnt, which was my least favorite. On the other hand, the teriyaki chicken bento was the best Japanese dish I've ever had in Perth!!!nnWe had a matcha cake as a dessert. We'll be back!!!
