The tart flavours and textures were as expected and described and most enjoyable to me as I love jaffar flavours. My favourite was the pancake, I have never tried pandan before but I love black sesame and peanuts. I was happily surprised with the crunchy but fluffy texture and the even flavours that let all shine in harmony. I was very disappointed with the tiramisu I did not taste any coffee or rum and was overwhelmed with all the milky flavours and even the blueberry compote seemed a bit bland. I was asked by the staff when paying if I wanted a takeaway for it and when I answered no didn't like that one was not further questioned. I remember when this placed opened and it's always exciting to read the new menu every month but over the past 15 years I have only managed to go maybe 12 times. Ken was always a highlight of the experience and tonight was his night off. All in all I still look forward to my next visit however long it maybe in future..
Dessert place. Desserts changed every month. New dessert menu every month. They all taste good. Can be long wait for a table but it’s worth it. I recommend you taste all in the menu, come with friends.
One of my favourite dessert places in Adelaide, had to finally review it. A quaint space that’s always full house, ran by very lovely people. The desserts are always of high quality and the monthly changes of their menu makes you keep wanting to go back to try the latest sweet treat. I’m always a fan of their panna cotta/ crème brûlée desserts. They have light sweet options to more indulgent options like brownies, cheesecakes. A wide variety of drink selections you can choose from, something for everyone… One note is that in can be quite loud to have conversation because there’s a lot of people!
Amazing dessert date night. Busy on a Friday night, but it's definitely worth the wait. Friendly staff and yummy desserts. They were also very considerate of food allergies.
Really good dessert spot with great Asian-inspired flavours. Everything was well-balanced — not overly sweet, which made it the perfect finish.
