Great coffee!! And if you love croissants you'll be in absolute heaven!! Grab some takeaway & site outside on one of the many benches & tables, there's even a charging station for your phone at the one alongside the main street Food: 5/5

Delicious pastry and cabinet items, good customer service, but the coffee really needs work. Whoever made it today was steaming the milk far too hot, girlfriend had the same comments upon drinking her coffee. Plant based milk products don’t fare well when steamed this hot. I asked for it to be made a second time and it still wasn’t good, so I threw it in the bin. This is my only feedback for improvement. Everything else was great.
Good coffee and such tempting pastries. Tried the plain croissant, fantastic buttery pastry. Relaxed and yet busy. Limited indoor seating but plenty if you use the benches in the pedestrianised area just outside. Highly recommended.
We stumbled on Egberts in their inconspicuous location. Immediately your attention is brought to the bakers ovens and trays. Make no mistake this small bakery is churning out some of the best croissants, bread and pastries we have tasted anywhere, including France. Great coffee and friendly service tops off the experience. Our recommendation/revelation is the breakfast croissant with avocado and topped with hollandaise. Sublime start to the day.
Our order was mixed up a bit but the owners to their credit rectified the situation swiftly and without hassle. Lovely friendly service. Delicious Reuben sandwich and tasty coffee. Wouldn’t stop me from returning!
It was soooo gooood! We stopped for coffee and breakfast and had croissants and Portuguese tarts which were fantastic! We ended up getting more for picnic and got some baguette sandwiches. Omg the baguettes were just perfect. Highly recommended!!!
