Definitely need to retrain the store team in customer service.nOn the multiple occasions I’ve been here I’ve been greeted with the same service.nFelt quite uncomfortable tonight and as if I was intruding his time..nDidn’t say a word and when I asked for a bag for my items, just stared at me?nStrange.
Very Rude behaviour by the staffnnI Visited store at 8:20pm to buy a drink and use washroom but refused to open the door.nWhen I asked for the reason to not to get in store he said “with out buying fuel I can’t enter store”nI just needed a drink and washroom but now I had to fill some fuel it’s like forcing me to fill fuel even my tank is almost full.nBecause of that I didn’t buy drink just had to fill fuel to use washroom I don’t know his name he don’t have name batch.nThis behaviour is not acceptable.
The coffee machine is broken every second week I'm there almost every day filling up and getting coffees and it literally ruins my mornings when it’s out of order, the worst part, when it is out of order it’s out of order for ages. Do better EG
The male staff with beard was on his phone while he was serving me. I was paying my fuel and he was not even care with the customer. He should not work in the customer service. 7:21pm. 7/7/24
