Staff are always attentive and polite. There’s usually not much of a queue except when people know the price is about to go up. Some cars try to line up in the queue the wrong way causing havoc but easily solved if drivers used common sense/patience or if management painted direction arrows to pumps. Inside store is pretty much standard fare, offering usual coffee and snacks but of course no public toilets.
Nearly always one of, if not the cheapest for fuel once you apply discounts, eg: Woolworths, Origin, etc because of the discount Liberty across the road. Generally service is fast and friendly, and only slowed by customers beyond their control. Have never had a problem with fuel from this outlet
Would rate a minus zero if possible.nAbsolute worst customer service. The fella there with the glasses on Thursday 10/10/2024. If you hate this job, find another one. Don’t put your negative energy on the customers. No one deserves this. Sorry but I will not be back
Very unprofessional customer service.nRude staff, with no customer service skill or concept at all.nThe manager with the short dark hair is the worst.nNever review any petrol station, normally there would not be any issue.nWorst experience ever.
Filled up today at 9.55am Monday 28th October, went it to pay, tall young guy behind the counter, asked for my rewards card I scanned on the EFT staff discount card, it said it was accepted. Then he tells me I’m right to scan payment card, transaction records as normal, no discount and no points. I tell him and he said he have to do a full refund as if it’s my fault. I was so angry at how I’d been spoken to in front of a shop full of customers and was so embarrassed.nThis is not customer service that this company trains people on.
