Convenient service centre on the main rd in Glenorchy
Charging 5.5% on card payments
I presented the Wwl rewards card and checked with the Lady behind the counter if I will get 6c discount on the fuel price this afternoon. She told me yes , but when I asked for the receipt and I actually didn't get it, 2c instead. Just don't like the people with dishonesty. This is my second time to buy the fuel here. The same experience as first time. Be careful if are looking for cheaper fuel.
Poor Customer service!!! i went in on the 23/03/17 in the afternoon and the lady who was working behind the counter was not interested in serving me, she was more concerned with talking to her friend about the best way to sell her car. once i was finally served not once did she speak a word to me she pointed at the machine when it was ready to use my card and kept up her conversation with her friend.
A worker put out still frozen pies into the machine for customers 14/8 at about 530 pm. I then grabbed bought and opened in and was basically made to take it home and cook it myself after the worker didn’t even cook it properly through. Bad food food safety practice. Needs further training
