While there are new seats and a canopy at the station, it looks as if they ran out of money ... the speakers announcing trains are difficult to hear and sound as if they are still installed some distance away at the original site! Some colour and greenery wouldn't go astray. I seem to remember geraniums or roses growing many years ago in the now-abandoned, ageing planters. A lick of paint and a bit of community artwork on the platform and along the fencing would enliven the whole area like other stations. I raised the poor condition of the station some years ago and am so disappointed ... please, we can do better.

7:54am to Seaford, the train driver decided to stop at the starting end of the stop. I had to walk to the train. The driver could clearly see that I was walking to it, they decided to drive off just as a reached the door. This is the service we pay for.
With the new upgrade of the Seaford line and Oakland's station, There is a new shelter and seats. Still no screens though...
