Used to get a pie here in and off over 20 plus years - always considered it just average - had a pie here today - very good! Must have lifted their game- Steak and Onion - fell apart a bit but good meat and onion just right
Shoild be called Old hag Bakery. Rude service from old hag lady. Asked if pastries were from today. She said some not.
Rude service been once before decided to go back maybe had a bad day same service, the custard tart was soggy and pie was cold and flavourless again!
The pie was cold = Total rip off & very disappointing
I read the other reviews and assumed they must have been written by the competition. But then I had a sausage roll - it was made out of hotdog meat! Supremely weird. Clearly made by someone who had only seen sausage rolls in pictures and had to guess the rest.
My sampling was small, however had a terrific Broccoli and Cauliflower Pie. The service was fast, and the range of food was extensive. Price was good too
