Just bought A 2014 hiace toyota 4x4. Couldn’t be happier so far with the van. Me and my partner went looking around extensively and the quality varies dramatically. Phill let is have an uninterrupted walk around the yard and look at the cars which we noticed a lot nicer than the others dealerships especially underneath the car. Very smooth transaction, every questions were answered nicely and never once want to sell the car to me. If you are looking for and an import car you should probably check out phil at sunrise.

I bought a 4x4 Hiace from Phil almost 2 months ago, I've waited this long to post a review to be sure its accurate, honestly I'm so happy with everything. I had some nerves flying from North QLD to buy a van unseen and drive it home but i shouldn't have worried. The van I chose was the cheapest and oldest 4x4 diesel Phil had advertised but the condition and presentation was better than the best I'd seen elsewhere, every vehicle in his yard looked immaculate! I did have one small fault not bad for a 15 year old 4x4 van I asked Phil if he'd sort of for me and he agreed immediately. Brilliant.

Went to Lees Imports West Ryde to have a look for a car and had the pleasure of meeting Phil Lee. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, even letting me take one of his vehicles to my personal mechanic for a quick check. On top of that, he was also willing to have a chat with me after hours, demonstrating the kind of work ethic this team has. Would 100% recommend Lees Imports for anyone looking for a JDM in Sydney.
Phil and his team were awesome to deal with. I flew from interstate to pick it up, sight unseen. All was as he said it was. He is honest and helpful. The detailed videos are a huge help.
Would not recommend! Pickup up my van 4 months ago, had a few issues with it, DPF problems, EGR problems and the fuel gauge doesn't work properly. Edward lees mechanic looked at it and promised to fix the fuel gauge, that was 6 weeks ago...... Still haven't heard back from him. Then last week an injector went, so now I'm out of pocket $4000 for all new injectors and the damage they caused. I can only assume when they import the cars they don't actually look over them. It's a real shame. Very disappointed with my experience.
