We offer a plumbing service with integrity by offering excellent customer service and competitive pricing without compromising workmanship. Story We strive to offer a value for money by staying competitively priced for the level of service we offer and also by offering you discounted prices you in return for your loyalty and custom. In other words, the more work we do for you the cheaper it gets. We operate an open price book service and we do not surprise you with additional hidden costs such as GST, Credit card fees, additional labour or service charges. We do not price per hour, we price per job. Our customers are given an upfront fixed quote, with a full breakdown, so all parties know exactly what work has been agreed and how much it will cost before work commences. This means we take away the fear and risk, because no matter how long or how difficult the job could turn out to be, the price WILL NOT waiver. We will carry out all the work quoted, at the price promised. This gives you peace of mind and removes the need for you to nervously clock watch, thus allowing the serviceman serviceman to focus on his work. We also offer a value for money price - tiered system. We have a "standard" price for singular jobs, we have a discounted "members" price and we have a "multiple job" price which is further discounted, for members that have more than one item attended to during the same service. Therefore the more work you give us, the bigger the discount you receive.
