About Personal Training located in Willetton Story I have been involved in the fitness industry since the beginning of 2009 when I started working as a Health and Physical Education teacher. After 6 years teaching I decided that it was time for a change and became a Personal Trainer. Through out my time as a teacher I learnt innovative ways to plan fitness lessons and different techniques to motivate people to exercise, which I have carried over into my Personal Training. I have a real desire to be the best version of myself, which is evident in my passion for health, fitness and training. I have been involved in sport since a young age; however, it was in 2009 when I discovered the sport of Triathlon that I excelled. In just my second year of Triathlon I became the Ironman 70.3 Asia-Pacific champion for my age-group and the following year qualified for the Hawaiian Ironman. I take the motivation and desire for success within my own training into every training session with my clients. My high energy and motivation makes every session an enjoyable and rewarding workout.
