About Equine Facilitated Therapy (EFT) horses facilitate personal growth and awareness helping people to deal with trauma, depression & anxiety....... Story Brackenbush has a dedicated team of Equine Facilitated Therapists, they help their clients with coping with a wide variety of problems that life sometimes provides. Trauma, depression and anxiety are aided by spending time with the horses providing a safe calming environment for the client. Equine Facilitated Therapy is well documented to assist with a wide variety of issues for children, teenagers and adults. Brackenbush is situated in Lakes Entrance on 200 acres surrounded by the Colquhoun State Forest. It is a quiet secluded venue with no traffic noise, just the sounds of the bush. You may choose to ride in the indoor arena or in the outdoor arena, both are of excellent standard. Riding on a quality surface inside with nothing to interrupt or distract you, the advancement in your training is inevitable.
