About Parua Bay Tavern is nestled on the waterfront of the beautiful Whangarei heads harbour under the majestic Mt Aubrey & Whangarei Headland Story As you enter the Tavern you will be overwhelmed with the rich history & great stories that explode from each & every corner of the Tavern. Friendly staff will serve you from the brand new bar & you can relax comfortably in the recently refurbished interior of the Tavern or enjoy the extensive views from the deck.
