About Mackay's only health and fitness centre exclusively for women! Story We are the ONLY fully equipped, 24/7, health and fitness centre exclusively for women in Mackay, Queensland. Conveniently located in the city heart, with off street parking and childcare, we have an extensive range of equipment; including cardio, pin-loaded machines, free weights and a super duty modular group trainer. Our freestyle classes have been created by our trainers and are designed especially for women at any level of fitness. Our aim at Femnasium is to provide our members and their guests with a safe, comfortable and non-threatening environment. By becoming a member of Femnasium, you will enjoy an all inclusive membership where our experienced trainers will design for you, an exercise program based on your goals and ability. Our staff are 100% committed to helping you become the woman you want to be. Offering program reviews and follow up health assessments every 6-8 weeks. We take a holistic approach to health and fitness and are always available for one on one or group nutrition advice. We will do whatever it takes, we will even go as far as taking you on a guided tour of the supermarket!
