Story Over 30 years ago Gaetano opened his very first restaurant, ‘Italia Pizza’, which would feed his passion for the hospitality industry. Over the years there have been numerous other restaurants however what has been consistent and steadily growing is his desire to develop and maintain lifelong friendships, produce mouthwatering cuisine and create a family friendly environment for people to come and enjoy. Now 30 years on he is teaming up with his son-in-law David to open ‘Itahlia Restaurant’. The name reflects the evolution of Gaetano’s career but more than that, it is a tribute to family and his first granddaughter and David’s daughter TAHLIA.
