About Incolink is a trustee company set up to administer industry funds to workers in the building and construction industry. Story Incolink is a trustee company established by unions and employers in the Victorian building industry in 1988 to administer industry funds. These funds provide a range of assistance for building, construction, contracting, and metal construction industry workers between jobs. In 2013, Incolink extended its services to Tasmania. Incolink Tasmania offers workers severance funds when job finishes, a range of insurances and member services like personal counselling, financial rights and budgeting services. Incolink also delivers preventative health education sessions to apprentices in TasTAFE about Drugs and Alcohol Incolink is managed by people who understand the commercial building and construction industry. Our ten member Board and Advisory Committees are drawn from key industry groups also provides specialist advice and assistance to the Board. Incolink works hard to protect the interests of members.
