We not only have some of the best facilities in the western suburbs, we also offer a picture perfect view from Level 3 across Lake Caroline – it’s worth getting on the treadmill for. You’ll find more than enough to keep you busy, whether it’s a power session in the weights room, some heart-pumping cardio, a spin in the cycle studio, or a sprint along the indoor running track. We also offer a ladies-only area and a Functional Training Zone where perfect technique can be mastered. Our personal trainers are a great bunch – qualified to enhance your fitness program and offer specialist area training. The added bonus comes in the form of a steam room, which at the end of a session is a great way to relax and detoxify, and our child minding facilities are available to you Monday to Saturday.
