About Sarinas Legal Story Evan Sarinas has in excess of 20 years experience in litigation, commercial and property law. He conducts complex litigation across the full range of business, corporate and property disputes as well as negotiating complex transactional agreements including property development and joint venture agreements. He has acted for and against some of Australia’s business elite and Governments achieving excellent results. Achievements Evan has achieved many successes against public companies, large corporations, governments, and insurance companies in circumstances where other lawyers have refused to act. Evan also founded the Conveyancing Cottage Specialist Lawyers before becoming the Medical Negligence and Class Action Department Head of a major National Law Firm.
