On top of only using effective manual therapy techniques, Alexa makes sure that her clients are left with the tools they need to manage & prevent dysfunction and pain but also ensures clients understand their situation and how to regain a more functional and energised self. Complementing her skills as a health practitioner she also offers Clinical Reformer, Small Equipment & Mat Pilates classes as well as Small Group Functional Sessions."
