"French inspired but Australian owned, Laurent’s vision is to bring the highest standards of French artisan baking to Melbourne and beyond. Founded in 1993, we have 16 bakeries in iconic Melbourne locations. These sell fresh bread, cakes, pastries, food, tea and coffee, that live out these standards. Our staff and our relaxed French café ambience are as much as part of our brand as our food.We also have a large wholesale and export business, recently signed a 10 year deal with Coles and export to China, Singapore, Korea, Japan and Canada. Our two state of the art factories in Braeside are unique for their ability to produce artisan quality bread in high volume, fulfilling our dream of bringing this to the mass market."
