Our pizza dough is made fresh each day - unlike others, we do not use dough that has been made 2 or more days before Our bases are thin & crispy - but if you prefer them a little thicker, just ask We make our own tomato sauce for the pizza base If you dont see your pizza preference on the menu, we will be happy to make it for you Salvatore makes all his own pastas & gnocchi......yes by that we mean the fresh pasta dough, all the sauces (napolitana, bolognese made & bottled on the premises) From time to time you will see him preparing the fresh pastas Then there are the restaurant style meals....cooked on the spot, these are also available to take away.
