About Love is all, all is love. Be the light. Story Hikari ひかりin Japanese means “light” the Kanji (Chinese character) is read as "光". We love this word because we believe Love is Light, and we would like to spread love through our food and service, and invite you to embrace life with love as well. Our chefs have studied and spent long hours working out the best flavour to make our customer happy and satisfied. Our ramen is Tonkotsu (pork bone) base except our Veggie Ramen (veggie base). We are committed to providing natural flavours to our customers, so our ramen broth and Chashu (marinated braised pork) is 100% homemade. No Msg*, No Artificial Enhancers* in our original broth.
