Story The Waterloo Station Hotel is now open! The hotel, which was destroyed by fire in April 2011, re-opened in early December 2012. Our new hotel will boast a 240-seat bistro with alfresco dining, state-of-the-art sports bar with beer garden and dedicated Super TAB area, gaming room with Keno lounge, two-lane drive-through bottle shop and parking spaces for more than 215 cars. We’ve designed the new Waterloo Station Hotel to be a pub that locals love. Cold beer, great food and friendly staff are our key priorities. It will be a place where people can have a laugh, share a beer and enjoy a good feed. Brand new bistro concept The Waterloo Station Hotel has a reputation for providing quality, value-for-money meals that fill you up. This proud tradition will continue. We’ve developed a brand new bistro concept that we’re really excited about. The focus will be on Australian Beef and will be engineered for value and won’t leave you hungry. The bistro will also include an alfresco dining area as well as a playground and arcade games room for the kids State-of-the-art sports bar A large sports bar will form the central hub for social activity. It will feature 418 metres of bar space, an outdoor beer garden, TAB facilities and state-of-the-art technology. The hotel will be equipped with full high-definition stereo sound and 30 large flat screen TVs located throughout. You’re going to love it This is a brand new hotel development, the likes of which have never been seen before in the northern suburbs. We look forward to welcoming customers back to the Waterloo Station Hotel. We were very touched by the outpouring of support when the hotel was destroyed by fire in 2011.
