About We are a modern suburban Hotel in Wallsend, providing the best in modern pub meals and Australian made and owned craft beers. Story The Fire Station Hotel was extensively renovated approximately 7 years ago, into a modern and stylish Hotel. The Hotel, having been sold approximately 18 months ago, has taken on a new lease of life, being family owned and operated. Although predominantly known for being a good food Hotel, the Hotel is now diversifying into Craft Beer, strictly Australian made and owned. With 9x dedicated craft beer taps, all rotating craft beers as they sell through, you can be guaranteed to always find a new beer on tap.
