About Official licensed affiliate of CrossFit HQ in the Brisbane CBD. Story We provide dedicated CrossFit group classes and open gym times; coupled with a range of treatment and recovery options. The training at CrossFit 4000 is programmed and delivered by coaches with expertise in CrossFit, general strength & conditioning, weightlifting and gymnastics. We rely on specialists to target athlete development and are proud to have a coaching line-up comprised of experts in a range of athletic fields. Our trainers work in close collaboration with an in-house treatment team, comprising of a Musculoskeletal Therapist, Acupuncturist and Remedial Massage Therapist. Additionally our Yoga team provides members with a complete recovery solution.
