About Welcome to Le Coq, the first French Healthy Rotisserie in Sydney. Le Coq is based in Rozelle. We serve succulent Roast Chicken, Duck, Healthy salads and classic side dishes – available for Dine in or Takeaway! Story Our poultry is sourced from Holmbrae Farm in Bannaby and the duck is from the NSW Southern Highlands Region with our Premium grade Prime Rib from the Riverina Southern Region of NSW. The chicken is marinated for 24 hours in our secret recipe of herbs and spices, served with a choice of delicious side dishes such as potatoes roasted in chicken dripping or truffle mac & cheese . Alternatively, choose from our salads for a healthy option as a light side..
