About Adagio's Ribs leave everyone gasping for superlatives. The Steaks are "must try", also Seafood Towers, Pastas, Vegans, Burgers, Salads, Schnitzels,Desserts Story Adagio's Restaurant and Steakhouse was formed in Sep 2015, after operating as Adagio's Cafe for the previous 5 years. The purpose of the upgrade was to showcase the succulent melt in your mouth Ribs and Steaks that we'd sourced and developed into premium restaurant meals. The Ribs are slowed cooked sous vide style, for 20hrs. Then they're char-grilled while being lathered with our sticky, chilli, toffee glaze. If you've had Ribs anywhere before, forget them... TRY OURS :) To cater for Vegans and Vegetarians who have Carnivore friends, we introduced a creative and very tasty Vegan menu so everyone can have a great meal together. Very high quality Burgers, Pastas, Seafood, Salads, Schnitzels and Desserts round off a comprehensive menu. As for Wines... top quality Australian, NZ, French and Italian selection.
